Jimena has been playing hockey since she was six years old and she never stopped. Born and raised in Uruguay she was introduced to hockey at her School “Los Pilares”. Aften ten years she moved forward to the Uruguayan University League playing for Club Remonte.

 

In 2014 Jimena moved to Miami and started playing in Miami Surf Field Hockey right away. Here she was introduced to the Head Coach Juliana who found in Meerkats the perfect combination between Jimena’s love for teaching and hockey.

Jimena introduces our youngest division U6 to the basics and fun of field hockey.
